hallo hallo im back. hehe actually ive been at home the past 3 days cos ive been on mc and didnt book back into camp on sunday. NO i didnt try to ponteng i seriously fell sick flu/fever its been spreading all over the platoon. so yeah been homebound the whole of the past 3 days. not allowed to leave home cos im sick and the army was supposed to 'spotcheck' on me but hey till now the night before i book in and they still havent called. if i had gone out they wouldnt eeven know.
the good part is that anthea clement christina n xan came over to my place for lunch on monday. after a lot of "ok we're coming" then "oh i think cant lah" then finally "hey we're coming later" hahaha. typically fickle minded. hehe. but anyway yeah was nice to meet up with them. although i met up with them on saturday but this time was even better cos ahma was there too. only thing is zoe wanted to go back to kl so didnt join us. hehe. had lunch n stuff..talk cock..the usual :p
other than that been slacking at home watching tv. everyday on my sofa in my room just watching cable. oh and i found the extra long internet cable which stretches all the wway from the study room to my room hahaha so yeah using laptop while watching tv basically.
at first i thought the rest of my platoon was booking out on thursday for new yr but my coy decided to be nice n let us go off tmr at 6.30pm and book in on the 2nd jan. which is quite gong for me lah book in early in the morning and then book out again in the evening. not as though im going to do any physical activity cos firstly im still sick having flu and even if im not sick the medical officer doesnt allow me to run/march/jump til thurs cos of my knee injury.
oh yah some pics from the last day in melbourne are up on the right column already.
btw just a thought: watching the tsunami victims n the affected areas is really saddening.. :( rest in peace y'all..

merry x'mas!
well im back for christmas..booked out from camp on friday noon..so glad to be out of that damn place! very tiring sia. basically physical training and more training. lucky i only have to book in on sunday night and then 3 days time im booking out again for new yr. hehhee.
met the twins n ili hud n clement today for lunch at swensens. im sick but still had ice cream hehe (who couldnt resist aye?)
roamed around town cos nothing better to do..christina wong hup meng!! UR the only one missing lar. otherwise complete man all of us bcome EGs and film the Singapore Life. hahahha.
training is tiring la grrr.

HOME SWEET HOME!
...tomorrow that is. hehehe. cant wait!! to my brand new rooooomm. and hometheatre systemmm. hahaha. cant wait to see how my eagles dvd sounds on the speakers. heehee. 23 hours to home and counting. hehehe
was supposed to go to the beach today but the weather looked so taik. ended up staying and packed/cleaned. seem to b e going over the limit for the bags so no choice gotta pay extra. ohwell. nvm then. been on a mass phototaking spree, or rather ahwong jr. has. hahhaa. oo look at the time looks like clement is leaving for the airport in 2+ hrs. hahaha ohman this is really random ramblings cos im too lazy to think of what to type about so basically yah whatever comes into my mind i shall type.
OH YAH watched NATIONAL TREASURE last night it is THE movie to catch. damn good. didnt feel bored and restless at all throughout the whole movie. shall get the dvd when it comes out. the writer is seriously damn good. :D
my room has been reduced to nothingness! only a few bags on the floor plus some stuff on the table..i have a LOT of space for my ibook. :D
valedictory was yesterday..that kwong li dow fella is the most dull person i have ever met.period. sheesh so boring. the ceremony oso damn bored n formal. blahs. took a lot of photos though.
good luck to everyone! most of which i probably wont ever see again. sighs..thats one thing about trinity - everyone's from diff countries n stuff so once its all over (like it is now) u probably wont see many ppl every again. of course except those who u bother to keep in contact with and are close to you..others like those in your tutes which u talk to but its just like u talk in class but you dont hang out after type of thing.
i will definitely miss life here..my friends esp. sigh.

havent been blogging lately..not tt im too busy but cos ive been lazy to update. its 10am in the morning n i just woke up (which isnt normal considering that ive been waking up at 11 everyday?) for some reason i just couldnt sleep anymore..although im still slpy. cos of the stupid heat lah its damn hot n uncomfortable. been sweating like mad the past few nites despite the fan being on and the window like fully open. sighs. better get used to it since its gonna be like this for the next 2 yrs!! speaking of which, im goin back on friday!! touching down singapore at 9.50pm. SQ228 i think. wonder if there's anyone else on my flight. i know DOUG is on that flight hehe action like real band siiiiiaaaa. lol.
quick update on the past few days..been watching movies? watched bridget jones edge of reason tt day. i found it amusing although some people say it isn't as good as the first one. well i didnt watch the 1st one so.. yeah. haha. mad. then watched the old-but-still-damn-good ocean's 11. cant wait for ocean's 12! hmm..which reminds me i havent watched the whole 10 yards. sigh im getting so bored here..... what else..ohyah been packing. sent back the books by post already. now my room looks even more barren. its going back into the state when i just came here. even the furniture/posters/cards/photos that ive got slowly disappearing already. sighs.
was walking along swanston street (the trinity side) yesterday on the way to uropa in the friggin heat by myself and it reminded me clearly of the first day i was here and i was doing the exact same thing going to meet clement n xan. and that was 10 months before. and as clement says it feels like yesterday that we were playing nfs:u waiting for camp. WOW man. that was so long ago. although it seems it just happened. everything's coming to a wrap now.

(well actually the story is i didnt even ask my dad for it -unlike wad i always do- .. he was feeling generous so who would turn that down, aye?) :D
then on saturday my mom's side relatives are coming over. havent seen them in ages. miss their merepek. hahaha. party babyyyy. on sunday a few of my dad's side relatives comin oso. hehehe.

random ramblings
sighs so the exams have started already. though i think time's passing real fast n it'll be over soon! shall go coffeebean (all the way at chadstone). i say its ridiculous man back at home u have starbucks n coffeebean practically everywhere but they only have ONE pathetic startbucks at chadstone which is like a 30mins+ TRAIN ride away PLUS walking for 10-15 mins! cis man. bloody suburbs.
anyway haha finished the hoi exam in about 2hrs n left early..in fact the rest are still in the exam hall n have about 40mins to go while im at lincoln now. hehe. so okay tmr there's eap, maths on monday, cim on wed n econs on thurs. damn fast damn fast. only real concern (and growing too) is econs cos theres still a lot to study. i hope my hoi marks are way better than my econs. hehe. NOTE: to those who r intending to come to trinity DONT take econs-waste of time!! like i said before i dunno how the hell krystle can tahan econs hehe.
STILL waiting for apple to return my ibook...so long alreadyyyy...damn sian you know sitting in a room without a computer. cis.

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri
...Maaf Zahir & Batin :) Wishing everyone a great hari raya back home. apologies to everyone that ive wronged :) quite sad i can't be back home during raya. dun have the day-before-raya feeling today. nothing to look forward for anyway. instead..studying econs. urgh. fell aslp twice already today. sigh. so much to study. really got no mood.
on a lighter note, drama was rather entertaining n fun. cheers to everyone for being sporting :) a lot of undiscovered talent in trinity. heh. looks can be deceiving aye. as for my drama i think it went rather well i guess..no major screwups. ppl laughed at the jokes so thats good. was worried ppl wouldnt laugh but then again that was just me. cos its like when u first do it during rehearsal its really funny but after doing it like god knows how many times u get so sick of it its not even funny anymore. heh.
went to alwan/azleena's place last night for dinner. haha. damn funny lah they :) had fun lah haha. theyre big hearted ppl basically. :) initially when he invited us we were like..r u serious..(well he didnt look serious)hahaha then stupid us never bring jacket nor umbrellas..caught in the rain on the way back from arrow. just imagine 4 ppl stuck under a small pathetic foldable umbrella. hahaha. bodohseh.

STRESS
sighs. these few days have been so stressful with exams n drama looming up. so much work 2 do. esp 4 econs. n drama practices..haiyoh sometimes i just wan 2 strangle some of my members.. havent been slping enuf the past few days.
went to apple yesterday to get my ibook baby fixed..theyre gonna change the combo drive n keybboard. yay new keyboard wahahha mine is in such a bad condition. so leceh lahs had 2 call up apple australia to register my baby cos its only registered in singapore. then had 2 go n call the shop i bought the com from in singapore to fax over my invoice details to the melbourne shop. then when i wanted 2 get the number of the singapore shop ains was down so had 2 call the goddamn ains 2 get me online again. but anyways thats settled now just have 2 wait til thurs after drama then il send it for repair. 1 wk w/o com!! die. ok so i better study. ohyah the stupid guy working at the singapore shop needs telephone training, please. sheesh. damn cheenapek. got so frustrated with him. haix.

things arent going well at all. it all started when i dropped a big box of cdrws on my ibook. n now its irritating the hell out of me. first the 'p' key's mechanism broke. ok nvm still under warranty can just ask apple to send me a new keyboard. argh then now the slot-load cd drive is malfunctioning. first couldnt put in cds. then when i finally got to put in one (it was spring concert btw) now it cant come out. arrrhggh. this wouuldnt have happened if i didnt drop that goddam box of cds. imran u fcuking klutz. arh. stupid kuailos dun open on sunday so must wait until tmr to call the stupid apple shop at flinders. or lonsdale also can. aiyah....... feel so shitty now cos my baby's damaged... grr. then also i duno how long theyll take to repair it cos ive got drama on thurs n i need my comp. hope nothing worse happens 2 my baby. grr ... . . ... . . .

nobody knows the way it's gonna be...
haix. last week of trinity coming to an end already. its already fri! mans..still hasnt set in that its really the last week of sch already. it really feels like we just came back from the july hols when we went back to singapore, or when we just came here in the beginning of the yr for that matter. gosh. that also means that exams r really near. ugh so much 2 study. but it also means tt puasa's comin 2 an end (altho i wont be bk for raya..my 1st time not in sg) and also im going home verrrryyy soon. but that also means ns!! cis.
hmm i think im a very impulsive person..when it comes to shopping n other stuffs. doing stuff on impulse. hmm. ohwells.
cant wait to see my sis. miss her lots! shes crazier than usual now. rgs girls. lol. sometimes i think she works too hard. but thats what the sch's like so wat 2 do.

Mesmerized Ball...
was fun... haha. took a lot of pictures. and when i say a lot i mean a lot: a few hundred that is hehe. everyone was looking great :) the food was okay i guess. best part was the dancing and the photo taking. hehe. at one point after the entree meal everyone was up taking photos. wish i could have taken photos with more ppl though. nvm there's always valedictory. so anyways during the middle part of the dancing everyone was like really hyped up cos the songs that were playing were really good..but then aiyoh after awhile the stupid dj started playing capalang outdated techno songs!! cis thats like so yesterday. practically danced the night away. hehe. gonna miss all this though. later.

hahaha okay so i just read someone's nick and burst out laughing. kind of a private mats joke. haha wait till i tell toh. lol
ok so the past few days have been quite uneventful cos obviously there's nothing else happening other than school. blah. but seriously time has passed very fast. it's already thursday! siaoness. 2 wks more of sch n then 2 wks break b4 exams and then yay going home. hoho! till then study like mad. term 4 dont play play. hahha.
prom's next week. which reminds me have 2 go pick up my suit on tues cos if i dont then ahma'll burn her 50 bucks that she signed for me and if that happens she will kill me. hehehe. no la i wont ffk u. i only ffk u all for lit lect. ok i promise LAST lit lecture of trinity i will go for the ridiculous tues morn one okay (although if i dun then i got the whole morn free!)
almost died yesterday cos i updated my mac os x then for some weird reason the usb couldnt load thumbdrives. okay then stupidly realised i installed the update but didnt install the dunno what security patch or smt. hehe. WELL i was trying to save dwnloads ok but yah. hehe
hud you better come in dec (b4 i leave tt is) or i will kill you :D
buka's in 20 mins time so i shall go mandi now. laters.

HANDS DOWN
this (or more like yesterday) is the best day i can remember; always will remember.
haha spring concert. went great. haha. made mistakes and was quite bummed after Slide cos we screwed that up. the friggin bass pedal stuck to the drums during the first chorus so i missed a beat or two getting it unstuck. so paiseh. then couldnt hear a friggin thing n couldnt hear the band; let alone gab singing. ended a line early but easily covered it up. hahaa. okay i think its cos ppl listen to the band as a whole n don't pick up all the mistakes we made. but for us we know we made the mistakes that we did.
however!
it was damn alot of fun. and that's what matters really. mine n clement's first performance ever. boy did i enjoy it. prior to the concert shaking like mad. stomach growling. feeling queasy. even experienced performers ie gab/xan scared. hahaa. the crowd turn out was very good. more than 100 ppl i'd say.
although after the whole thing i thought i did really badly. mainly cos when you're up on stage you can't hear a damn thing except for yourself. was in quite a grouchy mood after cos thought i screweed up bad. but when i watched the video - we really weren't that bad. in fact we were one of the better bands including sam's band which was really super too. :) but cheers to everyone who performed for being so damn sporting :)

everything that has a beginning; has an end
oh well 2 more days, wait, more like 1+ day left of the hols. time's really passed fast this hols. the first week was kinda slow but this 2nd week's been fast. maybe cos i've actually had stuff 2 do this wk - like finish up my cim project. finally done with it. tested it for bugs n stuff n i think it should be ok. thanks to susan for her help too tt day. otherwise id be cracking my head man doing the proj.
had another jamming rehearsal on fri. not bad ah i think we're quite ready 4 the spring concert already. hurhur. if i havent mentioned bfore we're playing googoodolls' Slide, hoobastank's Reason and dashboard confessional's Hands Down. in that order i think. haha. btw ppl come for the spring concert! 13th oct after sch at the same place as autumn concert. hahaa. thats like damn soon man. quite excited actually cos 1. ive nver played in a real BAND band (tt is if u consider the Mats to be a band but i highly doubt so) and 2. ive never performed in front of a crowd in a BAND band!. ok maybe in primary sch but tts more like a whole big grp performing together; this time it's only me, gab, clement n xan. but i think we can pull it off ah. hehe.
went to bridge road today to hire my suit for the prom. 75 bucks man. cis. wanted a nicer jacket but tt was like 120 bucks too expensive. il end up wearing the shirt i wore to seniors nite instead of the one they provide cos it looks quite capalang lahs. hehe lucky brought ahma with me cos had to use her credit card to put down the deposit for the suit - thanks ahma! - hehe.
sunny day today so decided to go to the beach with the girls n rowy n xan. intially wanted to sit on that 360 degree upside down ride thing at luna park but it looked like got no kick n it was 7 bucks!! even the damn power moomba festival one was 5 bucks only. hoho! had icecream at mcd n just walked along the bridge and the cove n took photos. haha. didnt 'waddle' in the water like the last time cos it was too cold n the tide was up so couldnt walk far into the sea either.
went to crown intending to play pool but we looked so capalang in our board shorts n slippers n stuffs. damn unglamourous. hahaha. ended up going to ong's for dinner n grocery, wait more like junk food, shoppping at safeway. yup. haha.
missing my dad, mum n sis now. haha at least i know theyre really happy with the hse now esp my mum cos of the refurbishment. good4them. cant wait to see how my new-look room looks like. hehe. nevermind only october and november to go. though i'll miss all my trinity friends too! hehe. antheazoeahma dec come singapore we havoc k. ZARA!! hehehe. n ahma me n xan will bring u to KAP (it's mcdonalds not a ktv lounge!!).

yet another boring day! melbourne is such a boring place. okay so went to bridge road today to look for zoe's stuff and my jacket. found a place renting jackets for $60 and suits for $75? maybe shall go there to hire but then it's a bit far so gonna look for jackets nearby like at lygon or in town. hmm...
beginning to miss ppl back in singapore now. all my close friends. nevermind 2 more months and i'll be baaack! (yes i've said it a million times before). hehe. bought the daybreak card just now so shall go catch up with people soon. cikmah's one of them too..haven't talked to her in like almost a month. man i'm going to miss her when she moves to msia next yr. sighs.

another boring holiday
I AM BORED.
BAH.
this is such a boring holiday. i wish i could have gone home cos there's really nothing to do in melbourne. argh. just lying on my bed now chatting on my laptop. here's my boring day:
woke up at 1030 n slacked until 1130 before i finally went to go brush my teeth n stuffs. went to grattan for anthea's drum lessons but the stupid place was closed. was hungry so went for lunch with anthea n zoe at the fish n chip shop on lygon..didn't want to wake ahma up cos she went clubbing n since she wasnt online at 1130 means she definitely wasnt awake. so ok.. then... went to ahmas room cos we tapau her food n slacked at her room. then 215 went to play badminton. or at least attempt to play badminton. ended up smsing kryst for the hell of it. on the way back-went to grattan again 2 practice but no the stupid place was closed again. yet again went to ahmas room to slack n i ended up falling asleep with her tollyjoy.hahaa. oh well. had dinner had gelati n visited clement (take care man; it's great that the operation went well ya :) ) went back n now im back home.

What do i do, when lightning strikes me?
haiz exams are coming up so soon man. 3 more weeks to the end of term 3. things are moving damn fast. how wish the slack days of term 1 were here. the year's coming to an end quickly too. i've got mixed feelings- i can't wait to be back in singapore; but i'll miss life in melbourne too.
really miss singapore now. my family especially. hardly hear from my dad cos he's at work. it's always my mom who calls. deep down inside i really appreciate her calls although sometimes i appear that i don't. wish i could hear from my dad more often though. and my sis; really miss her. hardly talk to her nowadays cos she's really busy with school. i haven't spoken to her in like a week already i think.
decided to do a tribute to my closest friends in melb. here goes...

finally the stupid internet's working again. after so long. one whole weekend no internet. sheesh.
anyway i'm sick, again. cis. ok at least this time not as bad as the last time. i think i've been drinking too much lime diet coke. (which is damn nice btw).
stupid la last nite got fever n now flu n sore throat. but like i said at least not as bad as the last time. didn't go school today.
must go get mc man. first time missed 2 tutorials for like the whole yr. whole yr never miss class but today really couldnt tahan going to sch. headache headache headache...

happy belated birthday to me!
ok for all who don't know it was yesterday ok 18/08/04. hehe...
anyway! thanks everyone for the surprise. you all are seriously sneaky man. i have offically underestimated the sneakiness. hehee.
ok so on tuesday i was damn tired lah did that martial arts thing for drama practice god knows how many times. went to sleep like at 11+. Then suddenly in the middle of the night was awoken by some lunatics (or at least i thought they were lunatics) banging on my door. damn loud man. ppl sleeping already somemore. n im like wah bloodyhell. then (under the influence of FRIENDS) i like opened the door with my hair already messed up plus oxy cream on my face without wearing my glasses n iwas like "sonofabitcH!!". bwahahahha then opened the door n guess what.."HAPPY BBIRTHDAY!!!". n im like: speechless. hahaha. i SO did not expect that. hehe. woke up in the middle of the night to antheaclementrowyxanmengmeng&zoe. haha. gave me a damn nice ripcurl leather wallet n anthea's "specialty' aka choc truffles. YES panthea you did a better job this round. hehe. speaking of wallets, it's official: no matter which part of the globe i'm on ppl do NOT like my LV wallet. hahahaaha. :D
ah then comes the even bigger surprise. youuu all are damnn sneaky man. seriously. hehehe. on wed itself after sch ahma's like "come la we go watch simpsons in the common room". panthea also. n im like right..these ppl dont watch simpsons. so anyway just went down after mengmeng bugged me. at that point i expected them to like come into the common room to surprise me lah. that was SO way off the plan. halfway through simpsons panthea's like "eh imran lend me your keys i want to borrow **&$%#@ (for panthea's sake i shall not reveal what she wanted to borrow hehe) to do no2". at that point i was already half asleep so i just gave her the keys lah. then after simpsons they were showing the olympics n i seriously fell asleep. hehe.
went back up to go for dinner then when i opened my door only the room was dark n im thinking "EH why is there smbody on my bed" n suddenly "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" 20 ppl cramped up in my room. n im like "WHOA". damn sneaky man. seriously. the cake was damn nice man...choc mousse. the whole thing was choc mousse, literally. hahahha. ah then i got JK academy. woohoo. damn fun. hehehe.

i need some distraction
away from this. i shall just take comfort in knowing that it'll be over soon. though part of me will dread the day when it comes. the other part will be overjoyed. ok im rambling..
so much work to do now i dont know where to start. sick of doing hoi already. once i finish the essay this wkend i will have nothing to do with hoi already. stupid essay. then theres maths to do. well technically im up to date with maths. ah and gotta do econs. guess it'll be another boring uneventful weekend again. argh.

oh so got drama meeting tmr so skipping econs lect; technically then i will only have 1 period tmr. n i wasted most of tonite. did a bit of hoi plan. no mood to do anything else. drama's going quite well i guess. in the process of choreographing the fighting scenes. storyline done just need to finalise the script.
britney can't sing live unfortunately. (what does that have to do with anything?? ok just popped into my mind)

the thing i miss most...
...has to be everything that happened last year.
okay maybe not everything cos it was obv o levels last yr but other than that there's a lot of things i miss. during lit tut this morning i dunno flashbacks of the tuition ppl were filling my mind; at one pt wasnt concentrating on what anya was talking abt cos i was like sorta recollecting the whole of last yr.
unlike normal ttn places, haha wait cikmah's ttn is FAR from normal, we were seriously like a family lah. really grew close last yr. the yrs before that not really so cos maybe we werent the most senior batch. but last yr, senior batch, like a family seh. buka puasa together thanx to cikma cooking dinner like for quite a good part of puasa season last yr, shared problems together, helped each other, even grew up together hahaa. like i mentioned once tuition's like tuition+caterer+counsellor+god knows what. then going out together, hari raya outings, celebrating cikmah's bday....the list really goes on.
but of course now everyone's moved on. as for me moved farrrrr away. hah. then of course we do get together once in awhile..but it's quite diff from seeing each other everyday. hahaa. ohwell enuf abt that part of my history..
anyway so yah we're supposedly planning to sing kiss from a rose for spring fest?? hahaa. the practice session just now was...hahaaa no comment.. hehe :D was in the piano practice room with the rest from 4 to like almost 6?? haha madnesss
then went lib with clement to do hoi. met rach n yenteng. hehe out of the 2hrs we were given to borrow the books we only like used them for an hr? or slightly more? hehehe ended up playing jediknight after getting frickin bored reading. the topic is sooo dry lah. wahlao. i think even last hoi essay's readings were more interesing. urghhh..
okay going to mandi.
wait before i forget i didnt say that i went to mt buller or about the girls winning theatresports. lazy to type. heh..

haiz so yeah sch's started already. so boring. want to go home lah hurhur. got back exam results already, hmm they're alright but could be better. for now i'm happy that i'm improving and that's something i have to work on.
going on ski trip next week! cant wait :P should be damn fun. haha, keyword is should; that is if we dont freeze our asses off in the process. hahaa. auto-aim snowballs at clement. hehehehe. gonna have to go warm-clothing shopping this weekend. AND grocery shopping too. nothing to eat man.

oh yeah one more thing-
i know i'm always jovial and easy going and usually just laugh things off. but dont push it. you dont even know me. who the hell do you think you are to judge me. you can fucking go to hell asshole.

i don't mind spending everyday...

I'm back!
and i'm not proud to be back. i wanna go home. to my family. to my friends. to the great food. to my home. to my room.
was bored the whole day today. nothing to do cos nobody's back yet. oh well you guy'll be back tmr.
highlight of the day was probably watching the whole nine yards just now. which is a very funny movie. haha. bought the dvd. can't wait for the whole ten yards to come out in melb then it's a must watch. i,robot also quite stylo.

ONE exam. TWO days.
Hehehehe two more days babeh! clement you can wait long long until monday lah while i'm at home enjoying ok. Hot schmot lah i dont care as long as i'm home can already. and btw the bet is STILL on ok.
well ok cim was easy i guess today. ahaha left after like 1 1/2 hrs. hehe. even though it was like only halfway through the duration almost like 1/3 the exam hall left already. hurhur.
time to mug mug mug for econs. hmm heard that studying from the tuts should be sufficient. we'll see about that. damn i'm sleepy..zzzz
maybe i shall sleep now.

she is such a depressing-in-a-funky-way singer. i'm suddenly in love with this song again. anyway, lit paper went fine. nothing really much to talk about that. wrote 10 and a half freakin pages though. hahaa. nvm it's worth it i suppose. left earlier though cos i finished and got bored. left around 11.20 i think. hehe the girl sitting diagonally across me quite chekacheka man. hehehe. :D
hmm alanis morissette seems to have gone way under. i think hands clean is quite horrible. but uninvited and thank you is gothique and haunting. quite cool in a way. only she can pull of singing those type of songs. she's scary anyway.
let's see no exams tmr. hahaa good. then cim on thhurs and econs on friday. this is very good. hehe. all the stressful papers are over. :p

Maths does strange things to people. hmm...
ahaha something i created after o levels. :D btw the words say "Phobia", "Pipette" n "Pray". HURHUR.
Just had maths exam in the morning, wasn't that bad after all. and to think i was stressing out last night. hurhur. i wouldn't say the exam was that hard, nor was it THAT easy either. naturally there were a few tougher qns of course. but on the whole was ok i guess. luckily i checked man otherwise would have lost more marks on stupid careless mistakes. that's something i better work on..later..haha no more maths for me for at least 3 wks! hahaa whoopee :D
yeah i think maths does in fact do weird things to people. it makes them so depressed n stuff. like after the maths exam just now could see ppl looking depressed n all crying etc. i don't usually see ppl react so badly afterr other papers-it's just maths! i'm not just referring to this exam, but basically every maths exam that i've taken. interesting... maths basically is just an evil subject and i'm sure ahma will agree with me (chekacheka) :P
hmm i think everyone's viewpoint on education has changed drastically since they've come here. at least for me, back home it didn't really matter whether i did THAT well. i'm sure many others will agree with me that back home it's likea "pass, pass lah fail, fail" attitude. but here it's like you really wanna work to do well. i guess it's cos of the amt of money our parents have spent on us, yeah?
when i had to make the decision to come here, i was quite half-hearted cos i didn't know whether i could handle it all on my own. in fact plans to come to australia had surfaced in sec 3 when i was told my options after sec 4. back then i didnt really want to go overseas, felt i couldnt handle it. at that time it was like forget it lah i'll just go jc. but thank god i didnt stay in singapore. my close friends tell me constantly that it's really stressful and everyday you get back like after 5 or 6. sometimes even later. i think that's kinda ridiculous right. besides, by coming here i've really learnt a lot. especially how to survive by myself without my mom or dad to help. living here has definitely benefitted me. and the cost that my parents have to bear is a large incentive to do well, i.e melbourne university.
well that will still be 2 yrs down the road. the next step in life is, unfortunately, NS. i think it's a bloody big waste of time. 2 yrs is TOO LONG. 1 yr would still be acceptable, but 2? no way. the time away from australia would also mean not seeing my close friends that i've made here. ;) somebody was asking if we would still be in contact although the sg guys r in ns. well i hope so yeah. :p
im hungry. anthea, zoe and ahma, where the hell are you?!
can't wait to go home. 5 days and counting..........

ah yes after waking up ridiculously early in the morning for the EAP exam i am proud to say there are only 4 more exams left! Sheesh how lame.
anyway, yea i think the eap exam just now wasnt that easy, nor would i say it was that hard either. kinda in between i guess. the referencing part was really leceh. imagine sitting in the exam hall for 3hrs 15mins doing eap. hurhur. how boring! it'll be a cliche to say 'hopefully i do well', yea? :p
it's real bloody cold today! max 11 min 6. (Note to anthea: MAX 11. not MATHS at 2pm! LOL). plus it's so windy and stuff. really cold. how i long for singapore's tropical weather. wait, maybe not. hahaa. but just the company and the FOOD.
was supposed to go the library but ended up malas so did work at home. been doin lit n econs. hmm like i mentioned before, econs isnt really that bad. i've gone through quite a lot already, it's actually quite easy to understand.
hahahaha this is so amusing everyone's hooked onto blogging cos of me n clemt. antheazoeahma&gina. hehe. btw good job guys for first timers you've really gotten the hang of the html code :P cheers. it isn't that hard actually.

hahaa so much for planning to study in the lib til 12am. ended up coming back slightly before 11. hehe tired gila lah pls. :D speaking of which wahlao crazy ah the uni lib closes at 3am. madness i tell you.
anyway damn missed charmed but nevermind it's more worth it studyin in the lib. DEMI PELAJARAN right anthea? heheh :d was there for about 3hrs+ not bad lah did quite a lot of work. no wonder like practically everyone's at the lib you seriously get more work done. hehe of course at home there's always the urge to go online.. :p
ah then how bodoh we got lost in the cold rain on the way home. ok ok technically we didn't get lost but we got jacked. cos yonhow said there was a shortcut through the uni batcave instead of walking in the rain. little did i know it was through the engineering building which was obviously locked at 1045pm. dope. hehe. ended up getting jacked and wet and cold and whatnot. but nevermind the work done was worth it! hehe demi pelajaran, yes? :D wahlao sound like helen just only. hehe.

11 days!! hahaha yeah man cant wait cant wait. hu xi hu xi. hehe :p
hmm econs doesn't seem as menacing as it was before. maybe cos i actually understand what it's all about...well at least to some extent. hehe. nailed oligopoly today can understand it all. yay! :p
oh yeah family just got back from lombok. cheh my mom telling me how nice it was until like 1am last night. hahaha. she sounds really happy and rejuvenated now. very good i'm happy for her she works so hard anyway. :) had to cut short the call though cos i wanted to ZZZ liao. hehe.
ah then stupidlah i was half-sleeping the whole of last night. dammit didn't get a minute of good solid sleep. stupid. woke up so many bloody times it was so damn irritating. at 730 i INTENDED (note, intended.) to call ahma tell her im not coming for lit lect; but hehe fell asleep n didnt wake up until ahma buzzed the intercom like a frantic mad woman. hahha. sorry ahma! well then again it was quite nice to wake up at 11 lah. hehe. no class til after lunch. wah speaking of classes hoi was so boring today..zzzz. then the discussion group ended up talking about harry potter. hehe.
AAAAH speaking of which..watchd harry potter yest cos of the queen's bday hol. oklah wont say the movie was that great but it was ok. others seem to think that the previous 2 were better. oh but emma watson looks SO good lah in this one. fuyoooo.. :D
heard tix were cheaper at Nova@Lygon so watched there yest. 9.50. still more ex than sing but not as ex as crown of course. cheh then thought we were saving money-ended up going deaf can. sheesh! bloody cinema didnt have dolby digital surround sound lah. damn sound was blasting in our ears. didnt help at all that we were sitting in the first row man. ended up watching the movie with fingers in our ears. yes, all 146mins of it. grr.. but nvm. hehe.

helloz... im the guest blogger for 2day...how very interesting... anyhows we shall start the day with waking up really late n goin for lunch at yummy nandos ( i will never ever eat nandos again when i go back home, wait i never ate it until i cam here.. o well ) ... after dat we went to the state library ( which has a really intersting art gallery) n we did work there till bout 5 sumthin ... o yeah there was this really cute jap guy sittin next 2 me in the library (a very drool-able guy ;) )
after a boring dinner at nelayan ( again ) and more bad music there ( y cant they fix the stupid sound system??? ) we went to crown n bought cakes ( yummy yummy !! ) . the we just stoned in imrans room till it was time 2 head 2 uropa n haf more sneaky business (i.e. terachin the guys how 2 dance n just stonning doin nuthin bt stone... i just didnt nmake any sense there bt its ok!) couldnt watch the friends special on oprah (which david taped for us..anty = *hint hint* ) coz "some people" were watchin footie.. oh england gonna be playin france for euro 2004 .. how i wish i could watch bt the stupid common room doenst haf any sports channel)
i hate this stupid keyboard... imran shud change it .. its really sucky.. o did i tell u he came up with this stupid song bout richard with the "wherever u wiill go song"? it simply ridiculous n highly entertainin as his face gets all constipated lookin...hahaha..he'll prob kill me for this...
im startin to doubt imran sexuality as he's talkin bout guys butt ?!? i think u guuys better watch out

WAH stupid maclab ppl type so long then kena erased. grr.
anyway as i was saying til this bloody thing interrupted me i cant wait to get back larr..26th june singapore here i come babee! cant tahan the food here already man.
but til then gotta study study study...ah this part sux. heh. exams in 2 wks!! lagi worse drama monologue's on wed. anthea n clem if youre reading this- shitlah why yours over so fast! >:(
